What I believe
Hard work is not wrong, but it does not scale
Most Thai businesses grow on the owner's effort. The owner designs the product, runs the ads, answers the chats and closes the sales. When the owner stops, sales stop.
The problem isn't knowledge. It's a system that isn't connected end to end. Many businesses have a good product, good content or a strong salesperson, but no path that takes a stranger all the way to a paying, repeat customer.
My work is building that system with AI so it runs without the owner. The bigger goal: help 7 million Thais earn 50,000 baht a month each.
