Workshops in all three programs are ฿29,990 per person. For Ai Business Blueprint, this price does not include 7% VAT.

Every program is a 2-day workshop. Ai Business Blueprint runs from 10:00 to 17:00 and is taught mainly in Thai.

Ai Business Blueprint is held at Thonglor Club at Prismz, Thonglor Soi 18. The Program Advisor team will confirm the map, directions and parking before the workshop.

Ai Business Blueprint is limited to 20 seats per cohort, because we need to look closely at each person's business context: the team, the repetitive work, and the workflows that need to become systems.

For Ai Business Blueprint, you leave with a map of your business systems, an AI Agent Skill Preload, ready-to-use workflows, an AI tool stack chosen by function, and a 30-day plan for rolling it out with your team.

Ai Business Blueprint participants get lifetime access to an OpenChat group for Q&A and updates on new workflows, plus lifetime Thonglor Club membership under the club's terms.

We don't recommend it. All three programs are designed for people who already run a business, because the work uses your real business context. If you don't have a business yet, starting with the Leverage Engine guide is a better use of your time.

We sort out which work should be done by people, which by AI, and which should become a workflow, and you leave the room with a system you can keep using. What you get is a system that belongs to you, not just knowledge.

Yes. But if the owner can't yet see which work should become a system, whoever you hire will still end up waiting on the owner's decisions. The program helps you see the map of the work first, then decide whether to use people, AI or a workflow.

The program starts from the business, not from the tools, and you don't need to use every tool. We choose tools by their role in the system: which ones help with strategy, which help with sales, which help with operations.

No. Results for each business depend on the market, the team and execution. What we are responsible for is the process, the deliverables, and the support stated for each program.
